Rita Ora  is the latest guest judge to fill in Kelly Rowland’s spot on the X Factor panel. The singer just celebrated two consecutive weeks at number one with her single, RIP and might even be coming for Rihanna’s spot. Maybe or maybe not but she certainly is making noise on the mic as well as with her loud sense of style. On the carpet for X-Factor in Scotland, she showed her patriotism with a funky pair of plaid wedge boots. Although her upper body depicted nothing Scottish at all, it certainly exuded ‘Lady Gaga her I come’!
