ERIN WASSON DEBUTS LOW LUV SUMMER 2012 JEWELRY COLLECTION
Low Luv by Erin Wasson debuts its summer 2012 collection with a nod to Wasson’s signature edgy style. Launched in 2009, in collaboration with world-renowned jeweler, Pascal Mouawad , the Low Luv collection continues to exhibit the timeless beauty of Erin ’s aesthetic and keen eye for fashion and accessories. Model, designer, entrepreneur and actress, Wasson brings her prolific low-key and free-spirited sense of style to the Low Luv collection. For Summer, Erin was inspired by her world travels with an overarching theme of love and loyalty. Wasson’s fascination with ancient symbolism is referenced throughout the collection. Highlights include: rare coins and antiqued keys, Afghani engraving, and a chain mail bag necklace with healing rose quartz inside. “I’ve always been intrigued by the powers of symbolism. Symbols are incredibly evocative. When working on a collection, my goal is to create pieces that provoke emotion and personal meaning,” states Wasson. Low Luv jewelry retails between $30 and $225 and is carried at upper tier department stores, specialty boutiques, select online stores including Shopbop, Opening Ceremony and Nordstrom, as well as Glamhouse.com.
