Stay Fly: Banana Republic Partners with Virgin America
LIke a virgin!!! That haute song buy Madonna should be the anthem firer the nfew deal between Banana Republic an Virgin Airlines, shouldn’t it!! Virgin America is giving you a chance to dress like you’ve just stepped off the runway, the catwalk runway not the tar mat one at JFK.
As of Aug. 8th which was the airline’s fifth anniversary, Virgin America’s more than 2,000 pilots, flight attendants and other crew made their debut in modern, sleek uniforms designed by Banana Republic.
The airline describes the line as “utility chic.” Think lots of black with red and purple accessories, sophisticated scarves, a red trench coat and a leather jacket.
Travelers, too, will be able to sport parts of the look. Travel pieces inspired by the new uniform will be on sale at select Banana Republic stores and through the shopping section of Virgin’s in-flight entertainment system. Just one more fee to add on top of your vacation, but well worth it for a timeless piece for you to stay fly as you fly high!
