We had the chance to meet the amazing people behind the scenes at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC who are responsible for finishing off final looks with fierce make-up and fabulous hair. We took a trip behind the scenes at Monika Chiang, Chadwick Bell and Chris Benz where we caught up with famed make-up artists Darais and Daniel Martin of Lancome in how to achieve these looks on your own.
The look from Monika Chiang was inspired by her travels to South Africa. The mood was very organic and inspired by mother nature therefore the make-up was very soft and natural. To achieve this look, Lancome artist Darais used the line’s new Hypnose mascara which hits stores late fall 2012.

The inspiration behind Chris Benz was Lord of the Rings featuring dramatic eyes composed of a rose and fuchsia blush. To achieve this look, Daniel Martin applied the blush to the eyelid, cheek bone and brow. No liner, mascara or shadow is needed for this look and it works well with almost any skin tone.
