Kohl’s to sell special Derek Lam line

Kohl’s Department Stores said Monday that it will soon sell a special collection by designer Derek Lam.

The company is one of a number of national retailer chains to add popular designers to its mix in an effort to draw a wider array of customers.

Kohl’s said Lam is the second designer to produce a line for Kohl’s “DesigNation” limited-edition collection. The Derek Lam collection will be available in April and include women’s apparel and swimwear inspired by Lam’s time in Brazil. The products will be priced between $36 and $98.
