Last week Vichy/L’Oreal Cosmetics celebrated the launch of their new skin care product line with a seated breakfast at the renowned Jean George restaurant in NYC to a host of VIP’s and members of the press. Ofcourse, The Fashion Reporter was on-site to test the product and engage in conversation with executives at L’Oreal about the lengthy process involved with creating skincare.
