Apply a volumizing mousse like the Kerastase Mousse Substantive before blowing out your hair with a 1 ½”round brush to create bouncy waves. Using a 1 1/2″-1 1/4″ wide curling iron, grab 1″ vertical sections of hair and curl away from your face. Shake your hair out from underneath to create a sexy bounce.
