Southern California-based UGG®(a division of Deckers Brands [NYSE: DECK]) and Tokyo’s own BAPE®unveil a global campaign fronted by GRAMMY Award-winning artist Lil Wayne, who showcases the limited-edition collection of men’s footwear, apparel, and cold-weather accessories before a stylishly modern Miami backdrop. The collaboration capsule will be available for purchase towards the end of February at select BAPE STORE® locations worldwide, including New York and Los Angeles.

The UGG® x BAPE® Spring/Summer 2019 collaboration, which was unveiled late last year at BAPE®’s 25thanniversary exhibition, merges the unparalleled wearing-experience of UGG® Men’s bestselling styles with BAPE®’s idiosyncratic camouflage print. The collection consists of three iconic UGG® footwear styles—Classic Mini, Neumel and Tasman—plus the sheepskin Mouton Coat and a cozy pair of mittens, all of which fuse UGG® brand’s timeless Chestnut colorway with BAPE®’s famous camo motif

The UGG® x BAPE® campaign was shot by Los Angeles-based photographer Neil Favila at an exclusive residence in Miami, and produced by agency Go Atticus. Campaign looks were curated by Lil Wayne’s personal wardrobe stylist, Marisa Flores, and grooming was handled by Nick Castellanos.
Launching in April 2019, the brands will introduce two additional styles from the collaboration, including a sheepskin slide and sneaker.
